(“we” or “us”) respect your privacy and it is important for us to keep and protect your information which is collected on our website, at the address https://livekidney.bio/ (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains our practices and sets out the basis on which we treat “information” as defined in the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter “Personally Identifiable Information” and the “Law”, respectively). By accessing, using or making any attempt to use or access the Website you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website, which amendments will become immediately effective.

1.4 In accordance with the Law, you are entitled to inspect, either yourself or through a representative, any Information kept by us, and to demand that information be corrected or deleted. If you wish to do so, you may submit a request to our Contact (as defined below), and we will treat your request in accordance with the Law.

1.5 The Website may contain links to third party websites (such as the websites of social networks) that are not owned or controlled by us (the “External Sites”). You are advised that such External Sites, and any information provided by you on such External Sites, may be subject to such External Site’s privacy policies, and we do not control and are not responsible for information provided by you on such External Sites, and/or the conduct or practices of any third party that makes any External Site available.

 

2. Information Use

2.1 we may use Personally Identifiable Information in order to:

(a) contact you upon request and/or inquiry;

(b) send you newsletters, updates, notifications regarding events of ours or of others, and similar correspondence related to our marketing activity;

(c) provide you with support, respond to your inquiries regarding the Website and/or contact you with respect to claims of infringement of your rights;

4. Type Of Personally Identifiable Information Collected By Us That Is Not Directly Provided By You And Purposes of Its Use

4.1 Log Files. We may use log files. The information appearing in the log files includes IP address, browser type, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, filtering actions, clicks and any other information that may be provided to us from your browser. We may use such information for the purpose of analyzing trends, managing the Website and system, tracking user traffic on the Website and system, and for collecting demographic information.

We use the information received from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website and our products. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.
